Trial Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trial Paralegal to support all phases of litigation, including trial, post-trial, and appellate proceedings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex civil litigation cases from inception through appellate phases
- Draft and cite-check pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and appellate documents
- Track and monitor deadlines under California and Federal Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure
- Coordinate discovery, document productions, and deposition logistics
- Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, witness lists, and pre-trial documentation
- Oversee e-filing, court document service, and jurisdiction-specific procedures
- Operate litigation support and e-discovery platforms such as Relativity and CS Disco
- Manage trial logistics, including courtroom technology, exhibit tracking, and trial support
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting complex litigation, including trial support
- Experience in California state and federal courts; appellate experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Familiarity with trial presentation software (TrialDirector, OnCue)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn litigation technologies
- Knowledge of California and Federal Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure
- Experience with e-discovery and litigation support platforms such as Relativity and CS Disco
- Knowledge of courtroom technology and courtroom logistics
- Prior experience handling document management and case management systems
- Play a crucial role in supporting complex litigation and appellate cases from start to finish
