Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead resource for HR technology initiatives, enhancements, and day-to-day system support.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Monitor data quality, perform audits, and maintain system accuracy across employee records and related processes.
- Support security administration, role-based access controls, and compliance-related activities.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, workflow documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and improved service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments and third-party partners to design and implement effective technology solutions.
- Coordinate testing activities for system updates, new functionality, integrations, and process changes.
- Create and maintain operational, compliance, and management reporting.
- Participate in system enhancement projects and support implementation efforts as required.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to HR technology and workforce administration.
- Ensure appropriate handling and protection of confidential employee information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to special projects and additional initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 3 years supporting HR technology platforms, workforce administration systems, payroll processes, or related business applications.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, payroll operations, leave management, time administration, and benefits-related workflows.
- Experience supporting enterprise HCM solutions, including system configuration, reporting, testing, and end-user support.
- Exposure to large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret and manage complex workforce data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting payroll, leave management, workforce scheduling, or time administration technologies.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Familiarity with data privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prior experience leading or supporting cross-functional business system projects
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
