Position Summary
The CRM Project Management Consultant will help oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the firm’s CRM platform to enhance business development initiatives, user engagement, and operational efficiency. This role will manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects across a variety of business development and CRM-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, office locations, departments, and end users to support CRM-related projects and enhancements.
- Assist with project governance, reporting, and maintaining project metrics.
- Communicate project updates, risks, timelines, and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support process improvements related to Change Management, Work Prioritization, Quality Assurance, Financial Lifecycle processes, and Continuous Improvement best practices.
- Manage CRM implementation and enhancement projects through the full project lifecycle using established methodologies, templates, and project standards.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution and user adoption.
Qualifications / Position Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent business and technical verbal and written communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms and data management best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience serving as the lead Project Manager on CRM-focused initiatives.
- Ability to manage projects utilizing full Project Management lifecycle methodologies.
- Comfortable presenting project updates, risks, and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
- Prior experience working within a law firm or professional services environment required.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- 5 years of combined Project Management experience, including hands-on CRM implementation experience.

Salary : $175,000 - $300,000
