IT Support Specialist / Desktop Support Technician
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for workstations, printers, phones, and software, with a strong focus on Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace
- Install, configure, image, and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, policies, and troubleshooting
- Administer users, groups, and licenses through the Azure Portal and Office 365 Admin Center
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks, user management, and system maintenance
- Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, login issues, and password resets
- Manage A/V tools and provide in-room and virtual meeting support for Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access changes, and deactivation
- Work within a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer service skills while supporting end users in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently, multitask effectively, and collaborate with team members as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT processes and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Office 365 at an enterprise level
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Working knowledge of the Azure Portal, including user and device administration
- PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administrative support
- Experience working with an IT ticketing system
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
