What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Engineer position at The Phoenix Group?
A quantitative investment firm is growing its Research Engineering group and is looking for an early-career software engineer to support a global equities research team.
This group works closely with quantitative researchers to help turn research ideas into real, working systems. - Internal research and experimentation platforms
- Data pipelines for ingesting, validating, and processing large datasets
- Model execution and signal generation workflows
- Machine learning or text-based analysis components (training provided)
You'll work alongside experienced engineers and researchers, gaining exposure to best practices in scalable system design and real-world software development.
