Join NTT DATA and help deliver top-tier IT support in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. We’re looking for a Desktop Support ACS professional to provide hardware, software, and network support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
What You’ll Do
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other supported devices
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Diagnose and resolve software, OS, and network issues
- Interact with end-users to identify issues and provide timely updates
- Manage daily incident/request queues in ITSM tools while maintaining high customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of desktop or deskside support experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- A Certification required
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS environment
- Excellent client service skills and communication
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to perform general office physical tasks
