Service Line Sales Manager – MedTech & Pharma | Bridgewater, NJ | Remote | $160,000 - $175,000

We're working with Cognizant on this exciting opportunity.

This is a pivotal role for a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the Medical Device R&D sector within a leading global company. You'll be instrumental in shaping sales strategies, building key client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that impact the medical device landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the Medical Device R&D sector.
• Manage a portfolio of IoT programs, establishing governance with client collaborators and driving continuous improvements.
• Lead end-to-end sales, solutioning, and client relationship management within the Life Sciences vertical.
• Partner with industry vertical teams to build and sustain long-term executive-level relationships, operating effectively within a matrixed organization.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum 14 years of experience, with at least 10 years in business development or sales within Product Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing large-scale consulting engagements and deep domain expertise in Medical Device Manufacturing and R&D Engineering.
• Technical proficiency in Product and R&D Engineering Services, with a consultative approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
