A leading global law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its U.S. Tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactional tax matters across M&A, capital markets and structured finance.

The team advises on sophisticated domestic and international transactions, offering exposure to market-leading work within a truly global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on tax aspects of M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions
• Draft and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents
• Support capital markets and financing transactions
• Provide tax structuring advice across a range of asset classes
• Counsel U.S. and international clients on investment strategies
• Work directly with clients and manage transactional processes
  
  

Who You Are

• 3rd–5th year associate (class years 2020–2022)
• Strong transactional tax experience
• Background at a leading law firm or national accounting firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Admitted to the relevant State Bar or eligible to waive in
