Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in antitrust litigation and government investigations
- Support merger control, HSR filings and compliance matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex antitrust issues
- Manage discovery and support large-scale investigations
- Assist with strategic counselling on competition and regulatory matters
- 3rd–5th year associate with antitrust and/or relevant litigation or transactional experience
- Experience in civil litigation and/or merger control and compliance
- Background at a leading law firm or relevant government agency preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client-facing ability
- Admitted to the relevant State Bar or eligible to waive in
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
