Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning and tax planning matters
- Handle trust and estate administration
- Design and implement personalised estate plans for individuals and families
- Advise family-owned businesses on estate and succession planning matters
- Develop tax-efficient estate and wealth transfer strategies
- Assist with the transfer of closely held business interests to irrevocable trusts
- Work directly with high-net-worth individuals, families and their advisors
- Participate in networking, marketing and business development initiatives
- 3-5 years of trusts and estates experience
- Experience with estate planning, tax planning and trust and estate administration
- Prior private law firm experience
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families is a plus
- Experience with closely held businesses and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies is advantageous
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities
- Excellent client service, communication and writing skills
- Interest in business development, networking and building a long-term practice
- Admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bars, or able to waive in
