A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a 2nd–4th year Associate to join its Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile Chapter 11 matters and complex bankruptcy litigation within a close-knit and collaborative team.
The practice is regularly engaged on cutting-edge disputes affecting creditors in major restructuring proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: $225,000

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation and creditors’ rights matters
- Support Chapter 11 proceedings and related disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist with discovery and case strategy
- Work closely with partners on high-stakes litigation matters
- 2nd–4th year associate
- 1–3 years of litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Bankruptcy or creditors’ rights experience is a plus but not required
