Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings
- Support creditor rights, distressed M&A and insolvency matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and transactional documents
- Assist with debt exchange transactions and restructuring strategies
- Participate in court proceedings and hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex restructuring issues
- Work on cross-border insolvency and special situations matters
- 2–4 years of restructuring and bankruptcy experience
- Experience with creditor rights, distressed transactions or insolvency matters
- Exposure to bankruptcy litigation and/or restructuring transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Experience drafting pleadings and transactional documents
- Admitted to the Utah Bar or eligible for admission
