The role offers broad exposure to employment disputes, workplace investigations, employment policy development and the employment aspects of corporate transactions, while providing significant client contact and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise employers on complex labor and employment matters
- Handle employment litigation and workplace investigations
- Draft and review employment policies, agreements and related documentation
- Counsel clients on workplace compliance and risk management issues
- Support the employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions
- Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda and filings
- Work directly with clients on strategic employment issues and disputes
- 4th–6th year associate
- Experience advising, litigating and investigating labor and employment matters
- Experience drafting and reviewing employment-related documents and policies
- Exposure to employment issues arising in business transactions preferred
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter who works effectively both independently and collaboratively
Salary Range: $220,000 – $250,000 (DOE)
