- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and case analysis

- Work closely with clients and senior litigators on high-profile disputes
- 3rd–5th year associate
- Experience handling investigations and complex civil litigation matters
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Experience at a comparable law firm preferred
- Collaborative, detail-oriented and proactive
Salary: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
