A leading international law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its nationally recognised Private Client Services Group (Multiple Offices). This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside one of the premier private wealth teams in the United States, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate, trust and tax planning matters.
The role offers exposure to complex planning structures, trust administration, transfer tax planning and tax controversy matters, while working within a highly collaborative national practice.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies
- Draft and implement complex trust and estate planning structures
- Assist with trust and estate administration matters
- Advise family offices on wealth preservation and succession planning
- Analyse transfer tax and wealth transfer issues
- Work on planning involving business interests, art collections and other unique assets
- Support tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service
- Assist with trust modifications, decantings and related fiduciary matters
- 3rd–5th year associate
- Experience in trusts and estates planning and administration
- Background in private client, wealth planning or related transactional matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented, collaborative and client-focused
