Salary: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated antitrust and competition matters
- Support antitrust litigation, including private actions, class actions and government actions
- Conduct legal research and draft substantive motions, briefs and memoranda
- Assist with merger clearance, cartel investigations and compliance counselling matters
- Work closely with clients on strategic competition and regulatory issues
- Collaborate within a highly integrated and collaborative team environment
- 3rd–5th year associate (excluding judicial clerkships)
- Experience in antitrust litigation required
- Background in private actions, class actions and/or government investigations preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Experience at a leading law firm or government agency preferred
- Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded
- Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
Salary: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
