Scheduling Coordinator
The Orchards at Lapeer is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Recent experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Will assist the DON with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
Should have great 'people skills'
Should be able to be okay to be on-call 24/7
Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred)
