You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these disorders
• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a LTC/SNF setting
• Utilize billing systems, including Net Health and PCC, to manage patient records and billing
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate records and reports
