Role Description
We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in either Paso Robles or San Luis Obispo, CA. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of land development, from planning and design to construction and completion. Responsibilities include managing site plans, coordinating stormwater management, ensuring projects remain within budget, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to lead and execute land development projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Land Development and Site Development
- Experience with creating and managing Site Plans and applying best practices in Stormwater Management
- Strong skills in Budgeting, cost analysis, and resource allocation
- Exceptional project management abilities with attention to on-site responsibilities and timelines
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to land and site development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus
