Our client, a reputable full-service business law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented E-Billing Coordinator to manage the full cycle of legal e-billing. This isn’t just sending invoices from accounting software—candidates must be experienced working directly in client portals, managing submissions, disputes, and deadlines.
They also need traditional Billers.
What You’ll Do:
- Upload invoices and pre-bills to client e-billing portals (3E, ADARANT, or others)
- Maintain client-specific billing rates and codes
- Monitor deadlines, handle short pays, rejections, and appeals
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with attorneys and Finance team to ensure compliance
- Generate billing summaries and reports for management
What You Bring:
- 2 years in accounts receivable, collections, or financial operations
- Hands-on experience with multiple e-billing platforms (3E, ADARANT, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and compliance knowledge
- Familiarity with LEDES/UTBMS codes and client billing guidelines
