Role Description
The paralegal will provide essential research, writing, clerical and administrative support for the firm. Responsibilities include basic legal research for attorney, starting documents, filing with courts, organization of digital documents (discovery and office), and various other works. The role requires assisting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks to support case preparations. This is a part-time, on-site position located in Los Angeles (Century City), CA. Please make sure you are able to drive in on days you are required to do so.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Paralegal work, Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage creation and organization of documents and office tasks efficiently
- Experience with MSWord, PDF documents, and other tools required for administrative tasks
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles (Century City), CA, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative setting is required
- Legal writing samples should be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is preferred
Salary : $25 - $45
