The New Jewish Home has a long experience delivering rehabilitation and home care services. Our goal is to help each patient get well, stay well and return to health and independence as quickly as possible.
We are currently seeking Fee for Services Nurses to join our team who will provide home care services in the Manhattan area!
The Qualified Candidate Will

We are currently seeking Fee for Services Nurses to join our team who will provide home care services in the Manhattan area!
The Qualified Candidate Will
- Provide in-home assessments and reassessments for private ill clients
- Provide intermittent visits in the client’s home including assessment and home health supervisions
- Coordinate client’s care with care team and create care plan for client’s care
- Document care in EMR in a timely manner
- Flexible work schedule
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid NYS RN license
- A minimum of one (1) year home care experience as an RN with a CHHA or LHCSA
- A minimum of one (1) year in an acute care or hospital environment
Salary : $70 - $125
