Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Build L&D platforms, systems, and infrastructure from the foundation
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the organization
- Develop and deliver engaging training content using various modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
- Create onboarding programs and career development pathways for employees at all levels
- Partner with leadership to establish performance management and succession planning initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis
- Manage learning management system (LMS) implementation and administration
- Stay current on L&D trends, adult learning principles, and industry best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
- Proven experience building or scaling L&D programs, preferably from the ground up
- Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software/tools
- Team player with collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in an evolving environment
