$85,000–$95,000 base annual bonus

We are partnering with a company who is seeking a seasoned Trade Show & Events Specialist to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all corporate events and tradeshows—both domestic and international. We’re looking for a confident, positive, and highly organized individual to step in. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to own events from end to end—logistics, budgeting, vendor management, promotion, and post-show metrics—while fostering strong internal relationships and contributing to a healthy team culture.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute all logistics for trade shows and events across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure event messaging, presence, and strategy align with business goals.
- Own pre-event planning and onsite coordination, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, booth set-up/tear-down, shipping, and travel.
- Lead the development and tracking of the annual event budget.
- Manage promotional campaigns (email, digital, and social) in collaboration with Marketing.
- Organize internal event prep meetings and post-show debriefs.
- Track KPIs and lead generation metrics; collaborate with CRM/Business Analyst to ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
- Maintain and optimize booth assets and branded event materials.
- 8 years in marketing, project management, or operations with at least 5 years in a dedicated trade show or events role.
- A track record of successful event execution across domestic and international markets.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver who thrives in high-energy environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field).
- Must be able to travel ~30% of the time, including some weekends.
