What You’ll Do
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, triaging incoming hiring requests and ensuring alignment on needs
- Manage and coordinate a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with external staffing agencies to manage candidate flow and pipeline activity
- Drive recruiting operations within a VMS/MSP environment
- Ensure a smooth process through ATS workflows (Workday or similar), keeping roles moving efficiently from intake to hire
- Provide consistent communication, updates, and guidance to stakeholders
- Support overall recruiting operations and project management initiatives
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or TA operations
- Experience working with contingent labor, MSP, or VMS environments strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage high-volume requisitions and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting technical or operations hiring
- Background in agency or in-house recruiting environments
- Immediate impact in a high-urgency environment
