About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Manager who will play a critical role in developing and retaining our workforce. This position will lead performance management processes, design and implement training programs, create innovative talent development initiatives, and foster a culture of engagement across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive performance management systems including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Develop and deliver training programs that address skills gaps and support career progression across all levels of the organization
- Create and execute talent development programs including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee initiatives
- Drive employee engagement strategies through surveys, action planning, focus groups, and organizational development initiatives
- Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and translate them into actionable talent strategies
- Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and measure program effectiveness
- Lead change management efforts related to talent initiatives
- Ensure training and development programs align with business objectives and manufacturing industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record designing and implementing performance management systems
- Strong experience developing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success creating and launching talent development initiatives
- Experience with employee engagement measurement and improvement strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and learning management systems
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience
