Onsite - 2-3 days/week in Tweksbury/ Reading MA Area

Open-ended temp, 6 Months

Comp: Targeting 28-34 hr

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, innovative technology company in the Greater Boston area to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to break into recruiting or grow within Talent Acquisition.

This team operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so they are looking for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping things moving.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple teams
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews
• Communicate directly with candidates to ensure a smooth experience
• Manage scheduling within HR systems and internal scheduling tools
• Track interview logistics and follow up to keep processes on track
• Support overall recruiting operations and team coordination
  
  

What They’re Looking For

• 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination OR strong administrative experience with interest in recruiting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Experience with scheduling tools, calendars, or HR systems (Workday is a plus)
