Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits
Location: Manchester, NH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annual bonus

What You’ll Do
- Manage and support complex accounts
- Handle renewals, compliance, and client service escalations
- Conduct employee enrollment meetings and client consultations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service
- Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- NH Health Life license (required)
- 3 years of employee benefits account management experience
- Experience with fully insured, self-funded, level-funded, or captive accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility for the right candidate
