- Manage recruiting efforts for open positions
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters
- Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire orientation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions
- Maintain employee records and support HR systems and compliance activities
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
