Responsibilities
- Respond to provider inquiries by phone and deliver excellent customer service
- Research questions and troubleshoot issues using multiple systems
- Provide accurate information and clearly communicate next steps
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed
- 3 years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Strong phone, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
