- Manage multiple programs to ensure delivery aligns with cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and contract deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Monitor project budgets including labor, materials, and external services
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
- Lead project reviews, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing communication and updates
- Oversee project closeout activities and ensure proper documentation
- Identify opportunities for additional business and follow-on work
- Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 3–7 years of program or project management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs is a plus
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong experience with project reviews, planning, and cost control
- Familiarity with full project lifecycle processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance
