Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally via phone, Zoom, and in person
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and review databases for potential conflicts of interest
- Conduct client intakes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within a cloud-based case management system
- Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Think on your feet and remain flexible when priorities shift
- Quickly learn new laws, procedures, and internal processes
- Follow policies, procedures, and instructions with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate as part of a respectful, high-performing team
- Some legal experience is required
- Undergraduate degree required
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the legal field
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent client service
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged, but not required
