People & Culture Coordinator (TEMP) | Hybrid – Boston, MA Area

A leading, fast-growing organization is seeking a polished and highly organized People & Culture Coordinator to support a major summer hiring surge of 200–400 new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination, recruiting support, or internship experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to gain experience with a high-performing People & Culture team.

Schedule & Compensation

  • 3-month contract
  • $24–$32/hr (based on experience)
  • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Onsite parking provided
  • Background check and drug screen required

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities including I-9s, document collection, and scanning
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics
  • Arrange candidate travel, meetings, and calendars
  • Process invoices and support administrative HR operations
  • Assist with candidate meet-and-greets and employee experience initiatives
  • Maintain reports, SOPs, and HR documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or relevant internship experience
  • Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • HRIS experience preferred (iCIMS a plus)
  • Professional, personable, and polished communication style
