- Manage client intake, draft letters and assist with opening and maintaining client files.
- Support preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and related materials.
- Coordinate meetings, client communications, and follow-ups throughout the lifecycle of matters.
- Prepare and organize documents for execution, including assisting with signings.
- Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and support overall case management.
- Handle general administrative duties, including billing support, document management, and correspondence.
- Prior experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or administrative support role (legal experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and general legal software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional, client-service-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
