We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Part-Time Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—without nights or weekends.

- Make outbound calls to engage partners and support program participation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Learn and effectively communicate program offerings and benefits
- Track outreach and interactions using internal systems or CRM tools
- Provide responsive, professional service and follow-up as needed
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities efficiently
- Experience using CRM or database systems is a plus
- Part-time role with flexible 4-hour shifts
- Schedule availability between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday
