Order Administrator / Billing Specialist

Location: Franklin, MA

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Administrator / Billing Specialist to join our team in Franklin, MA. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in operations, billing, and customer support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders, accurate billing, and a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Prepare and send client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Process incoming orders through electronic systems
• Generate and distribute shipment notifications
• Track orders and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
• Assist with inventory tracking and periodic inventory counts
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of experience in an administrative, billing, or order processing role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation
