About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Grants & Operations Coordinator to support a small, evolving team. This is a hands-on role that combines grants coordination with broader operational and administrative support.
What You’ll Do
Grants Coordination:
- Learn and support the full grants lifecycle from application through award
- Track and manage applications, deadlines, and documentation
- Coordinate review processes and support committee communications
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling
- Create and organize documents and internal files
- Assist with data entry and donation tracking
- Support general day-to-day operations as needed
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, program, grants, or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing processes, workflows, or tracking systems
- Comfort working with CRM or database systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience
- Exposure to grants or application-based processes
- Experience creating documentation or improving workflows
Salary : $28 - $35
