Full-Time | Direct Hire | Pay: $75-90K DOE
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys within a fast-paced litigation practice. This role involves significant document preparation, case management, client interaction, and coordination of litigation workflows.
Key responsibilities include drafting and proofreading legal documents, maintaining and organizing case files, assisting with court filings, conducting legal research, managing calendars and deadlines, and supporting attorneys in trial and hearing preparation. The role also involves frequent communication with clients, courts, and third-party vendors, along with general administrative support.
The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of legal support experience with strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software and court filing systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
