- This position will generate, prepare and organize documents and forms requisite to the practice area; assist with filings and trial preparation.
- This position will cover for other Legal Administrative Assistants that are out of the office, and may be asked to proofread and create documents, manage timekeeper’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings; and enter, edit and post time daily for partners utilizing Aderant Expert.
What You'll Bring:
- Qualified individuals will have 2 years of legal experience.
- Candidates must have excellent organizational, word processing, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with flexibility and great communication skills will thrive in this dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with document management software, time-entry and Microsoft Office including Styles is required.
