Position Summary
Recruiting and administrative support to the Human Resources team. Supporting hiring efforts, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Job postings and applicant tracking
- Resume/application screening
- Candidate communication and follow-ups
- Phone screenings and interview coordination
- Support onboarding activities
- Report creation and data tracking
- File management and documentation
- Mail distribution and general office support
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR functions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Occasional walking and movement throughout the workplace
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Requires visual and auditory ability for communication and computer based work
