Intellectual Property Client Administrator
Boston, MA | Hybrid Schedule | Pay Range: $85-105K DOE
Join a highly regarded law firm as a go-to expert supporting domestic patent prosecution and keeping a busy IP practice running seamlessly. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take real ownership of your accounts, and not just process work, but actively drive efficiency, organization, and client satisfaction. You’ll partner closely with attorneys and clients, manage critical deadlines, and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of patent portfolios.
This role is responsible for preparing and filing USPTO documents, managing patent dockets, maintaining electronic files and data integrity, and supporting attorneys and clients throughout the patent prosecution process. The position also assists with workflow improvements, client-specific procedures, and training support as needed.
Qualifications desired include 3–6 years of domestic patent prosecution experience (law firm preferred), with strong knowledge of USPTO filings and patent prosecution procedures. Successful candidates will have excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines while executing strong communication and client service skills.
