A growing global organization is seeking an International Sales & Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of international shipping and logistics. This role partners closely with Sales to determine the most efficient, cost-effective way to deliver products to clients worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end international shipping (routing, carriers, freight forwarders, final-mile delivery)
- Determine best logistics strategy (direct ship, warehouse, multi-leg, etc.)
- Manage customs, tariffs, VAT, and currency considerations
- Track shipments and resolve delays or clearance issues
- Support international sales orders, quoting, and invoicing
- Act as the main point of contact for Sales, vendors, and customers
- 3–5 years of international logistics/shipping experience
- Strong knowledge of customs, global shipping methods, and trade compliance
- Experience with freight, drayage, and international carriers
- Confident, proactive communicator who can work directly with Sales and clients
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must work onsite 4 days/week (no relocation offered)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
