Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Duration: Temporary to start, initial assignment through the end of October

Position Overview

We are seeking 10 motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join a dynamic corporate sales team in Marlborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are competitive, goal-oriented, and looking to gain valuable sales experience with the potential to transition into a permanent remote position.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a fun, performance-driven environment with weekly sales contests and opportunities to earn additional incentive pay.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales objectives.
• Participate in weekly sales contests and incentive programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward sales goals.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hybrid schedule based out of the corporate office in Marlborough, MA.
• Weekly sales contests with opportunities to earn additional incentive pay.
