Key Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to develop and execute change management strategies related to CFO transition and organizational adjustments
- Provide coaching and support to leaders navigating change initiatives
- Facilitate communication strategies to ensure transparency and employee engagement throughout transition
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential areas of resistance or concern
- Develop and deliver training sessions on change management best practices
- Support succession planning and knowledge transfer processes
- Maintain employee relations and culture during period of change
- Provide general HR consultation and support as needed
- 5 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in change management
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through leadership transitions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build quick rapport
- Strategic thinker with practical, hands-on approach
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR or change management certification a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Make immediate impact during critical organizational transition
- Work directly with leadership team
