- Coaching Mindset: ability to mentor leaders, fostering growth in both leadership capability and team performance.
- Professional Foundation: Degree or Master’s in HR/Business or equivalent depth of HR experience, with relevant HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) desirable.
- 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth, fast-paced, agile environment
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently while staying connected across a global team.
