Key Responsibilities
- Support new hire onboarding, including completion and tracking of required documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate employee records in an HR system
- Assist with timecard tracking and follow?up for missing or incomplete information
- Respond to routine employee inquiries via phone or in person
- Maintain confidential personnel files, both digital and paper
- Coordinate background check documentation as needed
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, scanning, and filing
- HRIS software experience
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Basic computer proficiency (experience, spreadsheets, data entry)
- (Experience with iSolved HRIS would be a huge plus)
- Background check required
