We're partnering with a resort in Ogunquit, ME to find an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with excellent benefits and the chance to work at one of Maine's top destinations.

Location: Ogunquit, ME

Schedule: Full-time, Overnight (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Pay: $23–26/hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Perm

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests checking in and out during overnight hours
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a warm and professional guest experience
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies with confidence and professionalism
• Promote hotel amenities and provide recommendations to enhance each guest's stay
• Communicate important overnight updates to the appropriate departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Accurately process reservations, payments, and guest information while maintaining attention to detail
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or reception experience required; hospitality experience is a strong plus
• Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and composed in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable multitasking and making sound decisions independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing white-glove customer service
