Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload in the areas of either family law, estate planning, probate, business litigation, or personal injury matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, hearings, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes
- Active New Hampshire Bar admission in good standing
- 3 years of attorney experience
- Experience in Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, Business Litigation, Personal Injury, or related civil litigation
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an active caseload
- Immediate caseload and ongoing work available
- Strong administrative support and collaborative team environment
- Flexible structure with substantial earning potential
