Key Responsibilities
- Advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Assist with entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions
- Provide strategic, business-focused legal counsel aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
- 3–8 years of experience in corporate or business law
- Experience advising businesses on general corporate matters
- Background in entity formation, governance, and compliance
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
