Associate- Corporate

A well-established law firm in the Seacoast New Hampshire region is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base on a wide range of business and transactional matters while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team. This position will pay $95-140K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience practicing corporate or business law
• Strong background in advising businesses on day-to-day legal matters
• Experience with entity formation, governance, and compliance
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, negotiations, and risk management
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or complex transactions is a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Assist with business formations, reorganizations, and dissolutions
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters
• Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to client objectives
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
