Our client, a respected New Hampshire law firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing team. Pay will range between $80-110K depending on experience!
As an Associate Attorney, you'll manage your own caseload while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys. From drafting pleadings and motions to preparing for depositions and trial, your work will be both independent and team-driven. Regular client contact, strategic planning with partners, and opportunities for courtroom advocacy will define your daily experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda
- Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions
- Attend hearings, trials, mediations, and client meetings
- Maintain consistent client communication and status reporting
- Collaborate with partners, experts, and other attorneys on case strategy
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active admission to the New Hampshire State Bar (Massachusetts Bar a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience
- Experience in New Hampshire state and federal courts
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
